As a foreigner and now a Brazilian citizen, I was not happy with the way this man treated me. He did the work well, did what needed to be done but would not talk, when I tried to talk to him and be friendly he would not be friendly. I watched attentively and I think I even got to close and I could tell it bothered him. I love learning new skills and I believe I got too close. My second language is Portuguese so I say things sometimes that are not conventional. I felt mocked at the end by him repeati g what i said twice...I believe it was because I annoyed him. Not sure. In all, the service he performed was good and it was a good price but his atendimento as a whole was terrible....
O cara fez o reparo no pneu, deu problema, não teve a humildade de assumir o erro. O pai e um bom profissional os outros dois não.
Me vendeu uma camara de ar pra carrinho, tive que voltar 3 vezes para a troca pois estavam furadas, no final me aconselhou ai ir em outra loja para comprar e voltar para troca, resumindo cobrou 2 vezes. Fora o transtorno gasto de gasolina e tempo. Bem mal educado.
