Great experience Very nice place.very organized. Very professional staff. Henrique, a boy who works at the agency was very helpful and very patient with me. I had lots of questions and a long process to go through, but he was speaking English and made everything easy and clear. Very satisfying service satisfying 😌
This store has my attention, the service I received was exceptional! Only wish, I have for them ... is the waiting of 10 days to resolve my problem! Should be able to resolve in Store of Claro ... way to much red tape, but this is Brazil and not the USA...Something for Claro Brasil to strive for!
Good people working there. Nothing to say about personnel but the service is terrible. For example today's Adventure... I used to receive messages callers left me when I was unavailable. In order to listen to the messages I had to pay about 5 reais. So I did cancel that ridiculous service as soon I knew I could. However i still get about 20 reminders EVERYDAY that I have messages unread. I cant do nothing about this so I went to Claro and asked fir support. The told me to ask a friend to call *100 or *555 and read my messages for me. Is that even possible? Can a stranger read other persons messages? Wow. Claro is better every day. NOT !
One of the worst stores I have ever seen! Staff is rude and lazy, customer are made to wait for basic services like buying a sim card 1 hr wait! When using a touch pad the pushy attendant had an attitude problem and wanted to intrude in everything saying it was his job (even when the sign says “Self Service Kiosk “) Claro doesn’t care about customers specially if you are a Business Customer, CNPJ customers be aware! Do your self a favor a try one of the competitors I’ll be switching my service today! As you can see in the pictures the store wasn’t busy but they has a fale 1 hr wait, meanwhile they are talking and laughing amongst themselves! Sad Sad Sad
